Toppings, Sauces and Sides

Triple Threat Topping
Triple Threat Topping:  This was the first recipe I ever posted at Banshee Sports.  This spicy-sweet onion and pepper combination is a wonderful topping for all sorts of foods.  I have used it on burgers.  I have eaten it with pierogis.  And I have used it as a filler for quesadillas.

All-America Rub:  This rub transforms good meat into great meat.  I once served this to someone who had often declared herself to be indifferent to steak.  She was not indifferent after eating a fillet with this rub.

Mushrooms, Onions and Peppers:  The name of this recipe is pretty self-explanatory.  I have always served this alongside steak, but it would be equally delicious as a companion to chicken breasts.

Banshee Guacamole:  If I was writing a book about how to win friends and influence people, the first chapter would be all about serving this dish.  It took me about a year to perfect this recipe.  It is wildly popular with my friends and coworkers.

Corn Salsa:  This corn salsa is perfect as an appetizer or party food, but it is also delicious as a topping for any Mexican dish.

Maple Chipotle Grilled Corn on the Cob
Pineapple Black Bean Salsa:  You can never have too many salsa recipes.  This sweet and spicy variation has a unique taste that is very addicting.

Maple Chipotle Grilled Corn on the Cob:  Corn on the cob is nearly perfect in its simplest form.  This recipe takes an old favorite to new heights of deliciousness.

Coal Region Hot Sauce:  Hot sauce on pizza is a staple in certain parts of Pennsylvania.  This recipe is an original created by the Banshee and her father.

Asian Asparagus:  A little bit of Asian spice adds some variety to this delicious asparagus dish.

Sweet Chipotle Butter:  This special topping will set your backyard barbecue apart.  This sweet and spicy butter is a perfect topping for steak, potatoes or vegetables.

Creamy Horseradish Spread:  This creamy spread has a little kick that makes a perfect companion to burgers or steaks.
