Cooking with Banshee: Peach Bulldog

I love a good margarita, and I enjoy beer.  But when I want a good standby drink, I always return to the vodka family.  And for this post, I return to Kathie Wetzel as my source.  Kathie shared the Branberry Schorr with us back in September.  This recipe may at first glance appear to be simply a variation of the familiar Cape Cod.  But, this drink has a distinctly peachy flavor.  Refreshing and delightful.

Peach Bulldog

1 oz vodka
1 oz peach schnapps
5 oz cranberry juice (approximately)

Fill a glass with ice (I actually used a Solo cup, but I am not as classy as Kathie).  Add the vodka and peach schnapps.  Fill the rest of the way with cranberry juice.  Approximately 5 ounces, depending on the glass and the amount of ice.  Stir and enjoy!

Check out Banshee Sports on Facebook.  "Like" it if you like it.
