Anniversary Flashback: Shrimp Fajitas

The tagline for this website is "Sports.  Entertainment.  Food.  And more sports."  Cooking with Banshee posts appeared from time to time in the first year of this site, but in January of 2013, Banshee Sports put a new emphasis on the epicurean arts.  At that time, Banshee Sports committed to having a food recipe and a drink recipe posted every month.  We started a whole subpage with a link on the right side of the page.  We also had guest posts.

This Shrimp Fajita post from May of 2014 might not be the absolute best recipe to ever appear on this site, but it is one of the most photogenic dishes I've ever made.  This recipe also contains links to Banshee's terrific guac, salsa and margarita recipes.

Mexican food is one of the easiest and most delicious food genres to make at home.  This is a super simple fajita recipe based on a concept published at  I do the shrimp on the grill and the veggies on the stove, but you can do either ingredient on either cooking surface.
